Parish Partner Agreement

Review the terms below and complete the form to join our program.

This Agreement is entered into between the St. Stephen Catholic Arts Guild (the “Guild”), located in Bentonville, Arkansas, and the participating Parish identified below.

I. Purpose

The purpose of this partnership is to foster a deeper appreciation for sacred art within the Catholic community and to provide the Parish with a passive, no-cost fundraising mechanism to support unmet parish and community needs.

II. Responsibilities of the Parish

The Parish agrees to act as a bridge between the Guild and its parishioners through the following “Best Efforts” actions:

  • Promotion of the Guild: Actively introduce the St. Stephen Catholic Arts Guild to the parish community as a preferred source for sacred art and liturgical items.
  • Weekly Bulletins: Feature Guild-provided promotional materials or blurbs in the parish bulletin at least once per month (or during peak liturgical seasons such as Advent and Lent).
  • Digital Presence: Maintain a link or a dedicated “Parish Partner” graphic on the parish website and occasionally share Guild updates on parish social media channels.
  • On-Site Stewardship: If the Guild installs physical artwork or displays on parish grounds, the Parish will exercise “best efforts” to protect such items from damage, environmental wear, and theft.
  • Parish Selection: Encourage parishioners to select the Parish Partner location at checkout to ensure the Parish receives its designated fundraising percentage.

III. Responsibilities of the Guild

The St. Stephen Catholic Arts Guild program team agrees to provide full administrative and creative support, including:

  • Marketing Toolkit: Providing the Parish with professionally designed digital assets, bulletin templates, and high-resolution graphics.
  • Transaction Management: Handling all ecommerce logistics, including payment processing, tax collection, packaging, and shipping.
  • Reporting & Disbursement: Providing the Parish with quarterly statements detailing sales attributed to the Parish and issuing prompt payment of the agreed-upon fundraising percentage.
  • Artist Relations: Curating and vetting all artists and works to ensure they align with Catholic theology and the standards of “Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.”
  • Display Maintenance: Coordinating the installation and periodic rotation of any physical art displays (if applicable).

IV. Financial Terms

  • No Cost to Parish: There are no dues, fees, or inventory purchase requirements for the Parish to participate.
  • Fundraising Percentage: The Guild will remit up to 50% of the net donations received through sponsorships that use the Parish’s unique location.
  • Use of Funds: Funds remitted to the Parish are unrestricted and may be used at the Pastor’s discretion for parish repairs, outreach, or ministry.

V. Duration and Termination

This agreement shall remain in effect until either party provides written notice of its intent to terminate the partnership. Upon termination, the Parish will remove Guild links from its website, and the Guild will finalize any outstanding commission payments within 30 days.
